Welcome to the north west RUNNING NETWORK

 

​The last two years have been the worst in living memory for everyone in every walk of life and in particular running events across the UK that were stopped in their tracks in March 2020.

​

During the last six months of 2021 things started to get back to normal and 2022 looks like it will continue to improve as we look ahead to the return of many of our favourite races.

​

Over the lockdown period several of the north's leading event organisations came together to create the North West Running Network - a new collaborative working initiative that showcases a fantastic portfolio of events across the north of England and Wales.

​

There are more than 50 different events to choose from and you may well have taken part in many of them... but hopefully you will find something new or something different in the portfolio that will challenge you, interest you or maybe take you somewhere you have never been before.

​

So take a look a look at the many running and racing opportunities we have listed for you and get your diary out for the rest of the year.
